My love for photography started when I visited Africa at 12 years old. What better place to get inspired than on safari! I will never forget capturing a picture of a cheetah crossing our path…it is still hanging in a frame in my office to this day. When I saw the results of that image, my desire to learn more kicked in. Photography was my hobby for years, while I work as a special education consultant and health advocate. As I was out shooting one day, it hit me that photography was what filled my soul, and it was time to take my passion and make it my profession…I have never looked back!

I spent most of my life living in the San Francisco Bay Area with stints in Boulder, CO and London, UK. I currently have the pleasure of living in beautiful Lake Tahoe, CA. In my free time I love getting out and traveling the world. I have traveled to many countries and love to learn from their culture and share that with my clients.

I enjoy photographing in a creative way. I love the eyes as they tell a story. I love different lifestyles, locations, and personalities. My focus and passion is family, portrait, lifestyle and destination photography. I am a champ with kids of all sorts (even the grown up kind who really hate having their picture taken) and love when dogs join in on the fun as well.
